Very unprofessional and lethargic service. They don't deliver any couriers and says some excuse or the other and threatens to send the courier back. Always there is a problem and then we have to go in person and collect from them. A request to the owner of this branch, please ensure your employees are delivering the courier atleast once in a while. If you are not able to provide services, pls do not take any parcel service and put the customers in trouble and stress.

Not at all PROFESSIONAL. Assume the duty of the delvery man in the morning itself is.... call the consignee and tell, he can't deliver it to your doorstep! If you are not agreeing with that, he will start arguing with you. Even the bank documents won't be delivered to you in person!? This is not the first time they've done it to us. Sorry to say again. Professional couriers are not at all proffestional.

Very very bad service in kottayam. People delivering to kottayam please do not opt this courier agency. They don’t deliver the parcel on time and also they don’t provide door step delivery which they have already written in their bio. And the parcel was damaged when we picked up. Very bad service. Literally the worst experience with them. Anybody needs any doubt regarding their service you can mail me. I’ll tell what they did.

Totally unprofessional way of dealing with customers, all they care about is calling and letting the customers know that they can't deliver to you directly to your address but you will have to collect it directly from them.
