One of the most horrible service ever. It's been a month since my parcel is with them. The owner is one of the most egostic person ever. Not only that he lied saying that we didn't pick up the call when we made a complain to the head office. Called several times. One time he said he has covid. Next time he said someone is Ill in his family. Told that he'll send another contact number. He didn't. Called again after many hours then only he said note it doen I'll tell.now. he couldn't have told that before when we called so many times? This is one of the most horrible people I've ever seen.

The worst courier I have ever experienced with. I'm telling this with my own experience with have made me wait for 20-25 days for every delivery. They said that my location is too far from the city, thought it's in the heart of the city. This type of service should be reported to the consumer court

I got a call 3 days earlier saying a package couldn't be delivered because the staff couldn't find my locality which is right in the heart of Imphal. Asked why the staff had not called me while attempting to make the delivery, I was told that a call had been made but I had not picked up. This was a blatant lie as I had not got such a call. I have been calling the agency every day and there's still no delivery. I think they are indirectly trying to make me head to their office to pick up my consignment which I will NOT do. I am going to take this to the Consumer Court if they are going to stretch this mess.
