Worst experience.. they are not delivering product to the given address..twice I had bad experience from them...1st tym, due to lack of employees they returned the product without informing me... When we enquire through phone, they are not connecting to the branch.. at the 2nd tym, I purchased product from there centre.. they doesn't delivered the product at the destination at the due date... Worst experience

Actually Ecom Express branch in Kakkanad near Infopark should be shut down. Its very unprofessional . The employees over there wont admit the mistake they have done. I need to pick my delivery directly from there office. They even dont tried to call me for the delivery. Irresponsible services.

I want to instruct to Dealer first, that dont choose this type of poor services.. And it was Not proffessinal.. Poor servics.. No responsibility to any customers.. My 6 products are used to sent back..6 times.. My reached item was returned to seller without any communication..not only one, severally they are doing the same. As per my tracking link, *Product at Delivery Centre. But they wont agree 😤.. Then i went there at office, started to search..but i ddnt get it.. Aftr 1 hr they were told me it has been returned to seller.Very Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!i f they cannot provide service then why they are running this institution??? VERY PATHETIC!!! Dont deserve single star rating!!
