Delivery guys should notify if pickup or parcel is being delivered through call/message. Connection between delivery guy and parcel owner should be consistent. I had problem in pickup. Please correct your customer contact number.

Most pathetic service in gangtok not able to deliver . The delivery person is so harsh and doesn't know how to talk with customers. He knows the address but lies to cooperate with customers. Why the ecom express not keep trained staff in gangtok? This can lead to serious issue for ecom.
