I echo what the others are saying, they do not behave as per what their organisation is named. They ask you to come and collect the courier from the office. Why accept a package to the location, if you cannot deliver to the location? Can't they just tell the sender it is out of their service area? I would never recommend their service, and if I have to send something I'll definitely use some other provider.

Mostly they honour as per their commitment it will delivered rightly. But while we are receiving the courier sometimes they are asking to get it from their place and the reason they mentioned is shortage of manpower this is not at all acceptable. This is happens once in a while not very often others wise their service is really good 👍

This courier is the worst courier service I have seen. There are many good services. Compared to them. No home delivery. But they charge high. When the cost is high, they must do home delivery but they won't. Also the people who work here are slightly rude. They ask to come and get the product. When we ask them they say " if you don't get, we will return in two days. Is it ok?" When there are other services who does home delivery don't choose this courier. I never would recommend Professional Courier, but unfortunately when I order medicine or something they put the parcel through this provider which sucks.

This morning after trying more than 10 times finally spoke to someone and gave the details he said he will get back to me in 10 minutes. No customer service. The most unprofessional courier in Ooty. Won't deliver and will Order us to pick the consignment every single time although it's so close. They also have the audacity to ask us, "it's so close, can't you come and pick it up". Ridiculous!!!
