First thing they don't dispatch on time even if it is PRO or express service. Then when you go to pick up your package you don't find the place as the pinned location is wrong . And then the grumpy people don't respond. All this happens when the service is urgent and you have opted for the fastest delivery package available.

Very worst service. They won't home deliver the package in kolar. At least they won't inform us to collect. In my case I tracked the package and visited twice to collect. Finally after a week I got my package. Never ever again I'll use this service.
