They took my product on return request and never updated the acknowledgement. Now I am trying to reach them but no contact number. Also a very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the customer care executive.. What kind of service is this. I am neither given with a follow up on my complaint nor given a phone number to enquire. I lost my money and product..i really suggest people to stop using this unreliable service

Worst. Never call or deliver on time but always give the fault message that person not available. Cant talk to the customer care also If they dont want to work, why have an office? Troublesome. # This is written on 31st December..I was right. They didn't come or enquire but returned my shirt, which I ordered for my dearer one on his birthday. Courier company might have got commission without turning a stone. Frustrating.
