Not prompt delivery at all. I dispatched one really important parcel on 5th October after talking to their spokesperson who promised that this will get delivered by 7th October and today, on 8th October they are saying that the parcel has wrongly gone to some other city. Truly unprofessional. Would not recommend this agency to anyone.
