Very poor customer service. The courier delivery boy behaved in a very rude manner while delivering the courier. He threatened saying he won't deliver the courier next time, if we are to not mention the house no. Which was the only thing that was missed out on the address. We had guided him clearly through phone, even after which he threatened and shouted at my mother. Will never be using their services again.

They never deliver to you....if ur address is 100 meters or 5 kms from their office no matters ....they are not bothered at all ...staff behaviour is horrible... only one lady staff will be in office..she doesn't give information correctly and talking rudely... horrible experience

I have no option to give Minus 1 Star, so giving 1 star. Every time a courier reaches this office it is held by some lady who barks at people and orders to pick up the parcel from her. She has a very rude tone and scolds us and accuses of not picking MADAM's and her boy's calls - in truth there would be no call at all. When we say, I paid to get the courier to my door, she again BARKS, "THAT Area Delivery Boy met with an accident. New Boy could not find your house (Infact my house is on the main road through which busses ply), you better come or send someone to pick it from the office. Remember we close at 6, better hurry". Then there is a so called Manager, who says, "Madam, send me your details, I will ensure it reaches you" its 8 days and till now the envelope hasn't reached me. This is the second time, since 25th Nov 2021.

Parcel is from Bengaluru they have taken 4 days and mainly the owner will call and told to collect the parcel in their office only if it is courier to the house which i have paid . Very rude talking by the owner , we can take indian post or DTDC dont use professional courier.
