My parents booked a parcel through this courier service, some food items as I'm posted in Assam. Upon reaching the destination the courier guy called me and told me that I have to pick up the parcel from us which is 35 kms far from my station. Called the customer service in this regard and still no help. They also disconnected the calls on multiple occasions. What's the benefit of home delivery when you have to go pick yourself. They should tell this nonsense before booking the parcel. There are 100's of courier services in India that would have done the delivery with pleasure. This is how they treat the people who are serving the nation day and night. Pathetic courier service.
