Hello there! Even though I stay almost 15 Kms away from this store, I trust the DTDC Sector-14 store most for my courier deliveries. The store itself is extremely basic with stuff lying here and there, but their work is solid. Apart from cash, they also accept UPI and Paytm wallet payments. I shipped a 245 gms. package to Bangalore today, and they charged me Rs. 120 for the same, for their standard delivery. They also have an expedited delivery, at Rs. 250 per standard package.

Worst service and very arrogant behaviour of office attendant. Even shop owner Mr. Ashok didn't pick the call n no revert back. They write incomplete address on their computer slip resulting the delay of parcel. I booked my parcel by air to Pune n it reached there in 6 days. All items spoiled.

Very nice small office. 1. Good service the person is professional just handle your packet and take slip rest track the progress of courier. 2. If have to send small packet like document and other so you will get folder or dispatch item(wraping item) from book wtore of any setor-14 market which are just 1 or 2 step away from shop. Very good place. Note:: About fast service and slow service not able to write beacuse I am writing this review when I just dispatch my courier and taken slip at writing time I am waiting for my good to be deliver.
