Not the best in business. The bus arrivals are never on time and are usually delayed by 2-3 hrs. Do not follow the time they show on their website when you book tickets. In all my past travels I have reached to my destination 2 hrs late. Other than that the buses are kind of clean and okayishly maintained.

Journey with VRL is safe and good , specially for Ladies ,they stop the bus at safe places for toilet as well as for food and before leaving bus they use to count each passenger.

i will give only 2 stars for the travel experience in VRL...low class sitting arrangements no neatness & bus always delays ... charging board mostly dont work in this bus better charge your phone at home ...they wont pick u up on time nor drop u on time ..travelled more then 20-30 times in VRL same upsetting experience
