I must express my disappointment with the DTDC service in Fazilka. Instead of delivering items to customer’s homes, they consistently raise disputes and request collection from their shop, making the entire process inconvenient and frustrating. This level of irresponsibility and poor customer service is unacceptable. I urge DTDC to reevaluate their approach to customer dealing and strive for a more efficient and customer-centric service.
