First remove express from your logo and all places because your service is very bad. In tracking system display courier in your city and your office don't give me courier from office and they don't deliver courier on time and don't give proper ans in call. They give courier 2 day late even you take full money also give a excuse like transportation vehicle not good and all don't give such kind of silly excuse for delay because if vehicles not parcel way delay 1 day not 2 day. And your online tracking system also give wrong status of parcel. Because in your tracking system display parcel in your city and when I told I will collect parcel from your office then they clearly say no on call then how can I trust parcel is in my city. Because you can't allow me to pickup parcel and not even deliver on sam day. Sach very very very very bad service and bad response from your staff and use very bad language in call and abuse to customer. This such kind of bad bad service you provide. If here is minus star features available I will give -5 star to tci.
