Everytime my parcel arrives they will says my pincode or area is not serviceable. My query is: "How can a parcel be out for delivery if the area is not serviceable? Okay if my area is not serviceable, then how can a sender send a parcel to a my pincode location if my pincode is not listed in your site? Another query, If I have to pick from from DTDC center only, then why are you putting the parcel under any delivery agent as "Out for delivery? Does it make any sense?" Stop making nonsense excuses rather try to improve your service.

Totally irresponsible, delivery of parcel is not done on time... If out for delivery massage will came today then they will will deliver the parcel by tomorrow, or we need to go to their shop for pickup the parcel... Very poor service
