Are you hearing Bluedart....very pathetic and disappointing service you are providing, this is my 5th or 6th experience with you guys....and still no improvement in your delivery mechanism .. You even don't share the mobile no of delivery agent and every time message is reflected as "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect" .Don't even call to ask address if they don't find it . I will never recommend the services of Bluedart. Serious improvement required in this age of e- commerce marketing structure.
