The people here are highly unprofessional, rude and cheaters. There is an old person who does not know how to talk to people. They charged me for carriers risk while shipping laptop but in receipt he mentioned owners risk(I had paid 1660₹ to this guy which includes 900₹ for the carriers risk insurance). They will never take your calls after they know that u r aware of fraud. I tried complaining to DTDC, noone picks the calls on customer care number. Not sure why DTDC gives franchise to such jerks. Bluedart/dhl has much better service for some extra cost.
