The receptionist lady is very helpful but I wish they'd deliver my stuff at home. I have to visit their office every single time when I receive parcels. 🙂 The other services are much better in comparison. They deliver at home. I use speed post as it's more reliable.

The lady on the reception is very rude and misbehaving. She doesn't care about the business DTDC is losing because of her, be on call or be in person she never leaves any stone unturned to behave bad with customers. We have already started using other couriers now, the only problem is that, sometime shippers use them to send their items to us, thus we have no option other than to go to their office and collect our parcel.
