Evenafter the consignment arrival at TCI at destination place, they are not delivering the material. Delayed the delivery more than 5 days and not supply the item till date.

Dont use this service.Unfortunately I have used their service, and finally they have delivered the product somewhere. They are supposed to do home delivery and told us to go and collect from Kottayam office and supposed to send to Aleppey . Staff are unproffesional and doesnt know to speak and arguing with us. Please dont choose this service at all!!!! I am wondering why people put 4 and 5 star for this worst company. This company is not even worth for 1 start !
