One of the worst delivery service in Udupi. Don't waste your money with them. Parcel was marked Out For Delivery 3 times but it was not delivered. Had to go to shop and collect even after paying money for the service. Message tp the owner. Close the delivery business and open a vegetable shop it's good for the public.

Very irresponsible and your courier is not safe. One of the representative said they enter whatever they want in tracking site and it is not reliable.staffs are so rude and misbehaved. Never use or suggest this third class courier service to anyone. I feel DTDC higer official should do back check once if they are interested in improvement. Suggest blue dart as the service is reliable, quick, staffs are so friendly and awesome service..

Every time they ask us to collect the parcel. As others mentioned, they give same excuse every time (delivery boy is on leave, will be delivered today evening which never happen). Ultimately forcing us to collect the parcel ourselves. The staff are also rude on phone. Even they don't update the tracking once it reaches their hub. We have to keep on asking whether our parcel has reached or not. They even lie and distract us from our queries, saying it is still in transit,it might have received at other office etc., but the actual truth will be our parcel lying over there and they are reluctant to deliver.
