Worst DTDC service at Tinsukia. They didn't deliver my parcel at home. They said that delivery location is far from their dtdc center, but it's only 4.3km away from that dtdc courier center. It's ok if they didn't deliver parcel at home but it's their duty to inform us that our parcel is reached at tinsukia. They didn't even call or msg us. Very pathetic service.
