I called on their number , they picked up the call but didn't say anything and when they hear my male voice they suddenly cut the call like they are only answerable to only female customers , which was very unprofessional and rude behavior . After few calls and calling from another number they answered my call and when I asked them the delivery guy number they denied and said that he will call me by himself which was kind of serious issue like delhi people have lots of other works to do so we need delivery guy to just make plans according to them which is obvious nd if you won't available to receive the package than they will send it back to the delivering address . So basically they are not helpful with their assistance nd unprofessional too .
