We visited here with the appointment of our passport to verify our details and documents. when applying for the passport online, I got an appointment after 2 months for this office.

Extremely poor service. The staff don't even bother to reply to your queries and stay mum until you scream. And then they simply say NO with silly excuses like systems not working, staff not available etc and put their head down. You start wondering if you are supposed to beg to get your job done. In nut shell, One has to be prepared to visit multiple times to get even petty jobs like depositing money in PPF. No wonder why people prefer private organisations over these so called customer friendly Govt harass centres.
