Great service at cheap cost. Requirements for shipment is minimum 20 kg and your parcel should be labelled with address of sender and reciever. Parcel should be also tapped securely from all sides or else they will reject the parcel. Side note: Only cash is accepted, no UPI.

There is a lot of discipline which is good, but UPI payments are not accepted, why ? Literally India Post have a Payments Bank through which you can do UPI Payments but why UPI is not accepted in the Post Office. In fact it is a public sector company and the Central Government is promoting UPI but still, I hope UPI payments shall be accepted in nearby future.
