Worst experience ever,I've booked schedule for passport verification and after reaching there,the verification officer said that the camera isn't working.A lady has train to Rajasthan today,I'm going to West Bengal day after tomorrow,how will we get verified? If things are not functional or damaged then kindly don't open the slot for booking.Because of such carelessness I will lose my one scheduled slot which has only 3 limits.
