Sky King company is good . Kolkata team is doing well for dispatch service. But Amritsar delivery team is worst. 3 days tk parcel ka recived status hi upload nahi krty, jis sy client ko timely deliver hi na krna pdy.

I am quite dissatisfied with this courier service. You have to go and pick your courier on your own because they don't have any delivery personnel. What good is having a courier service if you have to go pick up your packages on your own? completely unprofessional

They have pathetic service. Rude and unprofessional staff. Hardly pick up calls and once in while they pick up your call they lie. You will not get any whereabouts of your courier. If there is something important you have to just sit and wait or have to go pick up your courier on your own. Bluedart and rest of the courier services are much better.

My courier was coming through skyking and I was waiting for this to be delivered at my place but after 2 days I am receiving a call and they said you have to collect the packge as they do not provide services to my area. So why are you accepting the package to be delivered at customer address if you don't have any facility to do so. Pathetic courier service ever. Go for DTDC or even speed post is better then skyking.

I had a parcel which they were holding bcoz they don't have any delivery person and the only delivery boy who come to deliver in my location is on Sunday only so I had to go to there office and pick up the parcel myself.
