Same with me Never ever take services from this courier company. They have been sitting on courier for last 7 days now & didn't even called to let me know. When I contacted them they are not willing to deliver and wants me to collect my courier from their office. Worst service. The girls at reception aswell as the owner of Ludhiana's gill road franchise do not have professional manners. In short :- STAY AWAY.
