Ecom Express has pathetic service. Ecom Express have no option for human interface, tried multiple numbers and multiple times. Ecom Express IVRS disconnects itself abruptly. Ecom Express have no direct phone lines for the customers of the principle suppliers. Ecom Express cares two hoots for the end customers of the principle supplier. Ecom Express have the most low reviews and still they are in the market. AJIO a Reliance Co should have replaced Ecom Express as its logistic partner long back but I apprehend that the decision makers at AJIO may have retained them for extraneous considerations rather than for reasons of merit.

Very pathetic and horrible Experience. It's a Scam Company Ecom Express.!!😭😭😭 Please shutt down your service don't waste customers time. I first time experience such a pathetic company do exist. There delivery boy never make any attempt to deliver. Their system is such that ,you can't even able to call the delivery boy. After few minutes their automated sms Come and says "delivery failed - customer not available".🤣🤣🤣🤣 Even if you raise your concern to customer care of Ecom Express.They give useless explanation no sensible solution. They don't even share their pick up centre contact details. Even if you try to pick up ur parcel often the pick up centre don't exist or relocate n u get frastrated after reaching the location given to you.🤣🤣🤣 Common sense - Founder and CEO of this company must try to deliver any product to their own home address. Will come to know huge loopholes of their service.

Pathetic Service from ECOM Express. my package is reached to HUB at Andheri on 4th Feb 2022 and still they are unable to deliver the package after seven Days. What a ridiculous service this is..... before coming they are not calling and updating directly the address is unlocated.... How your delivery boys are working?????? I am also working in logistics industry but you are worst in the terms of delivering the pkgs on time.. your delivery boys are lairs and lazy, may be resting at home and updating the entries. your services are not eligible for 1 Star as well.

Worst courier service ever. I had talk to that delivery guy and said as I am in office I will not be available to take the shipment, i gave him my mom's number and said call on this number to deliver shipment. That guy didn't even bother to call on that number. Instead I got msg later, delivery unattempted as address is wrong. What a ridiculous excuse, since 7 years I am ordering things from online website, courier service like Delhivery, blue dart, xpress bees are able to locate my address and send the shipment and these guys not even attempting to deliver and giving excuse that address wrong. Pls shut down your courier services if don't know how to handle it.
