Very poor service.. my consignment is in outfor delivery .. now, after 4 days it not reached.. i can't return the same becouse it is already out for delivery. One time they contact me at evening ( after our office time) for collecting it at 500 meters away. But I can't collecting it and I told the m to deliver it at our security staff, but they not delivered it .

Delivery boys are really horrible. They didn't provide door step delivery but their website clear claims to be. This is the third time they are demanding to pick it up either from a shop at a junction or they will return the product.... Really worst service ever.... Don't accept ecom for online shopping.
