Staffs stay absent minded while booking order.Compare services with other courier company, While they can't serve properly.Charge very high amount and doesn't pickup phone. I booked my 2 parcels via AIR and they booked by surface mode and charged heavy amount for air,which they told later it has done unknowingly and told to return my money . But after several folloups they don't even pickup my call.
