They keep on updating their site with excuses and saying they attempted delivery. No one called, no-one came to my house. For 5 whole days someone always has to be in the house because they don't tell when will they come. Customer Care people think we are their servants and talk to us with attitude. I wish I could give negative stars.

Worst logistics ... no contact no. In their address.. Upon that .. customer care executive are telling this is their terms n conditions not to share branch phone no... I think if we will try ..we can get Reliance CEO no.. but not spoton logistics no.. ridiculous.. Hey God help this logistics to give some good marketing ideas.. I think they are much happy with limited customers. Just by adding ""logistics" in your name board ... not reflect your good identity.. anyway God bless this cheap courier so called Pvt. Ltd..

a third class service. no response to phone calls except customer care with no solutions. customer care provide some alternate numbers to contact and found switched-off always. don't deserve to get even a single star

Never ever use their services if you care about your goods. My full furniture was damaged and broken to pieces. Delivery team didn't seem to even bother. They were rude and didn't even acknowledge the damage caused. Worst experience ever. STAY AWAY.
