The worst management in courier service i have ever seen. Struggling to manage my all couriers from here since 1 year. They don't provide the correct no. to connect + When i arranged it from the other place once they pickup the very next they stop taking calls. They don't understand how much important people things are there. Those who have given more than 1 star they are all their people's. I'll surely stop availing couriers in this company also suggest you guy's not to have it from here instead have the best facilities from DTDC and Maruti Couriers an all.

Worst service, the courier reached Kondapur office and not delivered after three days also . Had to to office personally to pick up as it is lying in cupboards. Branch number and mobile number are not working or being attended . The staff is rude . A person called Ravi is supposed to deliver but could not . The franchise need to vary of such partner who spoil the name and unprofessional.

If you have courier at this center: 1. No one will deliver it on time/or may be no one will deliver it. 2. No one will pick your call. (You will find a mobile phone always ringing but unattended at this center) 3. No customer service 4. No apologies if someone by himself came to collect his/her courier. They will be like it is normal thing to keep your order on out for delivery on straight 5 days and still feels nothing. 5. Owner has no responsibility about service and delays. 6. Not a trusted courier partner. Use blue dart/DHL/UPS/dtdc But never use this... If owner is reading this: Sorry man but you deserve this.
