Why do they want us to go to their office and collect parcels? Even after paid to deliver to home. The way they behave is very rude and no professionalism also. One guy called me very arrogantly and telling if i want the courier, go n collect it. And the courier was damaged too. If kottarakara/puthoor is the last mile delivery, then please make sure that you use other courier partners.

If you are at KOTTARAKARA, Please prefer some other services but NOT Professional couriers. They had charged me double the usual charges i.e ₹300 instead of 120. I usually use professional courier near Kundara post office where it is customer friendly and normal service charges.
