Absolutely not a Professional courier service. They do not deliver at home. This is surprising since all branches do this promptly. Also when we go to collect the courier they do not even verify the customer details. I am not sure how they are ensuring the safe delivery of the couriers to the right recipients. Poor service indeed. Not sure why this branch is operating in this format.

They are the only courier office in this area and they know the people do no have any other choice. They do not home deliver, which is absolutely non pofessional considering we people from outside Kerala send couriers home, thinking that the parcel would reach home. Aged parents have to take an auto and go over to the office to collect even small parcels. When a courier is sent, it is expected to be delivered home and not make people come and pick it up. It is a big deal when an auto has to be taken and the to and fro charges incurred, when the courier has been paid for in full.They have been operating this way for many many years.

Professional courier kozhencherry is managed by unprofessional locals who refused to deliver the item to my house. Complaint to the manager was dealt with arrogance and the attitude was to go complain and we don't care. Do not avail service of this company if you value service, professionalism and delivery of item to homes. Attempted to complain with the head office in Mumbai however they are not reachable. Companies like these should die off
