Maity Enterprise DTDC is very rude on customer services and their servicequalityis very pathetic. They don't know the actual process of courier handling. I have been faced similar problem in many times earlier also. I called them shared them my docket no.then also they are refuse to share my courier status. Even they creat the service OUT FOR DELIVERY & OTP after that when I gone for receiving the courier they refuse me and told that due to out of service we have return the courier. It's completely disappointed to me seriously. After that it's my suggestion to all that don't book the courier by DTDC Maity Enterprise Temathani. There is another option DELHIVERY COURIER SERVICE NEAR TO BARIK NURSING HOME TEMATHANI.
