- Status was purposefully & incorrectly updated as " Delivered " even before the actual delivery. - On followup by the Sender, the branch staff & the delivery person claim to have delivered the package..but found to be false & a blatant lie. - The delivery person later calls the receiver & assures to deliver the package in next few hours. DTDC Karur Branch, please be more professional towards delivering your services else people have several choices now & soon..you will run out of business.

The delivery guy refused to come 2 kms extra for the delivery saying that his owner has instructed not to go beyond certain kms. Also he gave a explanation like despite of the pincode coverage, they cant serve in nooks and corners of the pincode area. I have no problem to travel that 2 kms but that just 2kms has decided their quality of service.

Without even noting the consignee address, they have forwarded the package to wring hub. Knowing this, I informed to deliver it to my address which is just 15kms away. But they where asking me to collect personally. Upon further inquiry behaved in a rude and unpleasant manner. Still the package is undelivered due to the utter confusion of these people. More than two days of work got affected.

One of the worst service in Karur. The delivery person in my area asking me to come to DTDC office to collect the parcel. When I said, I can't come, he mentioned that he will return the courier. After a great high pitch talks, he handed over the parcel around 8PM, where the courier reached Karur by morning. He doesn't have any professionalism and he argues with my wife who had received the parcel to come and collect upcoming parcels in DTDC office. When enquired why, he says all online booking has to be collected in Office. We enquired whether there are any rules for this, he says no, but we have to get it from their office. So worst service, who charges the highest for any delivery within India. The cost for the courier is double the cost compared to other services. I will not recommend anyone using DTDC courier. My Consignment number : D79278092. Any DTDC customer relationship officers seeing this post, please act for goodness of customers.

This is the worst service i have ever had from a courier service. Correct address was mentioned in shipment. And they mentioned that the address is wrong as per update in tracking website of DTDC. Delivery person did not even attempt to deliver package and i received ZERO calls. When i got his number and enquired, he is just telling that he has proof that he called and I did not picked the phone. I asked to provide details, he is not able to do it. When every other courier service & Food delivery services are able to reach me, why not DTDC. If there is an option to give ZERO stars, i will give this to these people. Worst ever service !!!

Everytime they not delivering parcels to home. One lady is calling every time to dtdc office and saying to pick up our parcels. I think they don't have even staffs to delivery the parcels. So why they calling them as domestic courier? Courier means it's should available on door step delivery not just making call to asking to pick up by customers. Waste of money n waste of time. Please don't use this courier service especially in Karur branch. They running without delivery staffs.

My parcel took 12 days to deliver from karur to hyderabad. Instead of sending to hyd,they sent to cochin,this is the way they work. That too 1 person named selvakumar from karur main office,dont know what post he holds,and for what purpose he is working there i dont know,never attends the call and when he attends it,he is the big liar. Dont know how dtdc is appointing such a idiotic persons in the job. Really i had a good thoughts about dtdc,but after speaking to this stupid fellow,i really lost the hope and in future i will never ever trust this dtdc courier service. India post is far far far better than this.
