Most horrible experience I've ever faced in my whole life. The behavior of the agent is soo bad. He doesn't cooperate with customers, and don't give any update on their DTDC TRACKING APP .. I suffer alot..please think 100times before use this courier service... I repeatedly said that THE BEAHAVBE OF THEIR AGENT IS HORRIBLE. MOST HORRIBLE. HE DOESN'T COOPERATE US..
