Worst service ever. Package that got delivered was broken. Didn't even help or suggested to raise claim. Had used DTDC from other locations before, but this was the worst service received. Don't insure items. Packaging was not done right, and that is why goods got damaged . I would've given them 0 stars, but the worst option available is 1 star. Worst possible service.
