Guruvayoor branch Terrible service, doesnt have the courtsy to respond to customer inquiry's. Total waste, a blackmark for bluedart. My Health card from Mumbai was sent on 9th Feb 2023, they slept on it upto 23rd of Feb 2023 and sent back. Even though I had been enquiring with them they didn't respond. Employees need to be trained for Customer service first.

The delivery and the behavior of its staff are very poor. Customers are treated with criminal mentality. Delivery is not on time. Its employees must know what customer relationship is and what customer service is. Very bad service. Anyone who knows should not send goods through this courier service.

Althara, which is barely 12 kilometres away, does not have delivery through this service. This service failed to produce my passport, which was meant to do so. It appears that they are not delivering to my address. It's unfortunate for such a well-known courier service that services the entire globe. The center's owner needs to look into these problems.

Very poor service ...if you want to send something better to opt an another courier service . I contacted them to send a laptop back to my office . And they told me come with the laptop to bluedart courier office which is 22 km away from my location..they clearly told me to don't pack the they will pack it properly with bubble wrap . But when I reached the bluedart courier they changed the plate . They are telling that you should pack the laptop , their bubble wrap is out of stock etc....

Unprofessional behaviour from staff. This is the third day and my house is located 2.5 km from their office and still they have not delivered letter from the bank. When you call them most of the time they will not pick up or if picked up will tell courier guy is on his way. I had similar bad experience before as well. I feel the problem is with the guruvayur branch, when you track online till the parcel reaches guruvayur, it's fast. Once it reaches guruvayur, they don't want to deliver it. Update to my review based on my discussion with Bhavesh (Owner of this dealership). Bhavesh was very prompt to get in touch with me and sort out my issues. He even extended his support in delivering my courier. I feel for him because all the negative reviews here are caused by one of his staff who doesnt care about customer service. He also told he will take appropriate action against the staff. Also the bank who has send the courier havent mentioned my number properly (the staff who dealt my case never bothered to inform me this) as well. I would encourage if any has issues with the staff please contact Bhavesh i can confidently say he will sort it out. Bhavesh, Thanks a lot for getting in touch with me and sorting out this issue. My document from bank is stuck with them for more than one week now, i have called them 10-15 times but poor response. Either they dont pick the call or they simply say the courier guy will call and deliver. But after reading all these reviews i understood that it happened with many people. Today when i spoke them they started arguing and stated they wont deliver it. I am going to pick this up with bluedart. If possible please try to avoid them. Thanks

BEWARE!!!...They will not deliver your parcel. They will update the status that your address is incomplete so that unable to find location even without calling on the phone number provided in the address. Eventually, they want us to go and collect it from their office. I don't have my parcel delivered yet. Finally I have my parcel delivered. Center owner shared his phone in the review response and that helped me here.
