Clear billing,no damage of goods, nice response. But have to update their contact page as nothing gets connected. Placed a order from Noida to Tenkasi. When I couldn't track the consignment, an old employee(now he's not working in vrl) gave me the contact details of the headquarters.

Fast reach. But you have to go there and collect them. Because they are handling large number of parcels. Rest of all are fine. They are busy and not rude. We must all needs to be polite while approaching our parcel. 👍

9am is the time....but after 9.45 only they start the bill and make us wait a longer time...and again they add extra charges around 80 to 100rs on The bill which we recieve from Dealer........we have to wait longer time....and evening it's 6 pm....but after 5.30 they close it....no more billing can be done ....and Door delivery is expensive here...service is Speed but freight is High ...

Staff behaviour is very rude. Rules are to be followed, however ignoring and disregarding is unacceptable
