Had the worst experience with them. They take service of a 3rd party courier service. I discussed with the owner that half of the payment will be made post delivery. However, I was not given my goods for 2 weeks till I gave the full payment despite previous commitment. 3rd party kept pestering me for payment they didn't even ship the goods. Staff is ill-mannered and doesn't reply most of the time. Came for pickup 4 hours later than agreed time. Charged me 20% more - Gave octroi as a reason which has been abolished in 2018. When asked why are you charging octroi and why wasn't it informed before, they had no answer Basically, they want to make a fool out of their customers. Of course the owner never wants repeat business. I am never going to recommend this provider to anyone. The only saving grace was that my goods were not damaged.
