I sent a courier to Bhubaneshwar from Chennai. I packed it so well and gave. The product was returned stating that there was no one in the destination address. The package of a single document (certificate) was tampered with. That is it has been opened. Further, the certificate has been taken out of the cover and was tampered with. The certificate is folded and almost torn in one place damaging the certificate. Is this why we use your service? I spent INR 130/- for the courier. The cover is a waste as your personnel although have scribbled on it did not deliver it. Now you have made me lose the INR 130 and it took more than a week for the courier to reach me back?!!! Ok all is OK. How can you tamper and damage the certificate??? Can you replace the certificate????? Is this the way you handle the deliveries? What are the damages and how are you going to compensate my loss of time, money and effort? Contacted the OMR branch as this branch did not appear first in the search result. That branch person on FB refused to even point me to which branch I have to. I wonder if any of your people know what customer service is. I contacted the Pallavaram branch FB page and no response.
