Worst customer support. Bad in tracking consignment. If any issue on their side like parcel damage they just update as incorrect address in database and just return the consignment. Holding the parcel for long days. After contacting them few times they pic the cal and answerd me. This time my important courier from my head office not delivered for more than 20 days and at last they return it by saying incorrect address.

Worst courier service seen in my life . No live tracking. I think they don’t have any funds for it. When a consignment is dispatched you are left at the mercy of the van driver when he would bring. For example of a courier leaves from Mumbai to Chennai no in between milestones will be updated. Till it reaches to customers hand it will showing “ Left Mumbai facility “ . And if you call customer care they will take good 30 mins to take your call. Pls call accordingly. Till he reaches destination no one in DTDC knows where it is. POOR COMPANY CANT EVEN BUY GPS FOR THEIR VEHICLES AND UPDATE IN WEBSITE. I have been given 2 complaint number and ZERO ACTION till date . GREAT JOB. Pls CONTINUE TILL THIS COMPANY IS GETTING CLOSED.

One of the worst courier companies that you could imagine. Very poor delivery service and also the safety of the goods is never guaranteed with DTDC. I received a tampered parcel from them and they are very irresponsible and careless. All they need is money, other than that DTDC is nothing. Think twice before you even think of sending parcel with DTDC.

No one picks up the call, neither the customer care number nor the branch contacts. My parcel took 2 days to reach chennai from kerala. But past 4days it was in the local hub.And ni call or.message from dtdc on delivery update. First they said it's in 1 branch, then they askd us to visit the hub.but they couldn locate the parcel. Finally some other branch called us to collect from their place. All this after 4 days that too just because we followed it. If not then I'm sure we wouldn't have got it.

Tooo much,,,, you have to wait for any kind of services. Very hard to find our shipment, wen am getting delays to receive shipments. Everytime am receiving calls it's got re-routed to another locality branches. They claiming that your pincode is not correct. But all my registration certificate saying different what they are telling .

Worst experience with this courier company. An important consignment (docket number B35144849) was to be delivered, which was dispatched on 10th August 2016, but I am still to receive it. It is already eight days now. No response whatsoever from neither the customer care number and the number displayed above is out of service. I urge each and everyone of you never book with this courier company. They deserved to be taught a lesson.
