Worst courier service! Had few important docs via ST courier to Bangalore and they said it will be delivered in a day and took money from us. It took 72hrs to reach and none in bangalore office also responded but in the site it was mentioned out for delivery

Worst courier, next to DTDC. Delivery boys themselves sign the POD/Runsheet and never deliver the documents in time. I lodged complaints, but never responded to my mail. Worst experience.

I'm in Chennai I sent a courier containing train ticket through this courier to Kanyakumari it cost me 50 rs for delivering my courier! And it took lesser than 2 days to the delivery to be sent !

I had to send a parcel to a local address. The courier in charge did a very efficient job and helped me out with the packing material too. They do door pick-up too. I haven't tried that as yet.

Horrible service. Tried to ship a package from Madurai to Trichy. They didn’t deliver the package for 10 days and there was no notification to me. When I called to inquire the status, there is no response and I had to call Chennai number to figure out that my package is returned with the reason “no cell number and can’t find address”. Every single courier company was delivering for last 10 years without any issues except ST courier. They want me to pay it again and they will retry to ship for the same address. What a scam and shame to run such a company.
