My package was lying there for last two days and the most hilarious thing is that it is not even delivered when it is out for delivery. Even the customer care executive was telling white lie. They are showing customer refused to accept while no attempt has been made to deliver the package. I wonder how unprofessional and lier they are. Measure should be taken against them.

Wost courier service ever seen in life. One of my customer suppose to receive order from this location courier service but product was not delivered instead the delivery boy documented customer refused to take within 1 hour from the time he left out the office to deliver which is a nonsense as the customer said she didn't receive any call at all from courier. So how it is possible to document within an hour that customer refused if its clear the fault is on the delivery side.
