One of the worst services I have experienced for one of my cargo delivery..will never recommend to anybody as the service is horrible to say the least..no response and they don't intend to solve the problems of their customer..had recieved a damaged cargo n they dint even have the courtesy to acknowledge

Worst service 😡Monthly two times we reciving consignment from kolhapur maharashra to manglore kuluru, every consignment always one or two item missing after few days again missing item will send

Don't send any emergency Goods via VRL.. They will not deliver on time.. Mangalore kulur godown is the best example for this. I booked the emergency parcel from Bangalore to Mangalore on thursday-9th June. it reached mangalore next day... Today is 14 of June.. Still its not received. .. This is not the first Time its happening.. Please set the dedicated team.. Its a service oriented buisness.

i am very much satisfied with VRL logistics. they deliver the goods on time and they have proper coordination among different branches. They even enquire whether the goods arrived or not, if arrived they will deliver the goods. why iam saying because whenever i send the goods through VRL they delivered safly and on time.This is a BEST packers & movers company and the prices are low this is a best place in which we can TRUST.

You need consignee copy, and you have to visit the office to collect your package. Good for large consignment I guess. Would not use it for small quantities. Poor customer service. Unprofessional staff.
