Hi all , This is muzammil as my ticket as booked today which I had canceled due to emergency condition and booked it for yesterday and in hurry and the situation was like that was not at state of mind I hurry booke wrong gender yes mistakes happenes from all later I got a call from the bus operator stating you have booked a ticket next to female seat yes I had agreed my mistake I also convinced him that I can just seat or stand somewhere else and go not to worry about the seat I won’t b taking that seat which is next to ladies but still they were very heartless they refused me and told that no you can get into the bus even after I agreeing for not to sitting next to the ladies I agree it won’t b comfortable so I denied but atleast I can stand or sit somewhere in front , but no this people didint agreed it was very important and emergency to me to reach banglore from vijayapura yesterday I tried calling redBus cx care the guy spoke and what he gave final solutions was just to transfer the phone to vlr bus operator though which I went directly and met him , Vrl manager Mr. Prakash Kumar from vijayapur wow hats off to his timings also he comes according to him , seriously if from the next time I never go to book VRL this was the last thanks your Vrl And redbuss people I work in a cancer health sector and I had gone through so much loss thanks again.!!!!
