This is the main branch of DTDC in Odisha. Good staff behavior. You can come here and book parcel. Box for laptop is provided here also basic packaging is available.

I sent a Rakhi Gift (CN No.Z68630789) to my sister on 18/08 from Ghaziabad to Bhubaneswar. Tracking result says, it was received at this HUB on 20/08 at 15.06PM and was delivered yesterday 22/08 at 19.18PM but she never received it. This happened to me 2nd time (CN No.Z88330688) and last time the delivery boy deliberately kept the Parcel with him and after couple days and multiple complains he delivered an open Parcel. I have made an official complaint to the Customer Care over an email and on Twitter. Hope, they will track the Parcel and deliver it to the right person.
