Fraud company. Irresponsible Employees. They always forget to deliver the parcel and update it as delivered in there data base. This has happened 3rd time with me. I have ordered sonething from Instagram and unfortunately that company couriered my parcel using DTDC (Third class service atleast by bikaner branch ). When i am tracking it using the consignment number is it showing delivered but no 1 in my family and even my neighbourhood have received the parcel. Are you just updating the delivery status without delivering the parcels?? Why no sign of receipient is required ?? What is the difference between a normal courier provider or DTDC as in both cases there is no security of parcel or even no accountability to deliver it on time.
