They are eligible for -5 stars ... Worst third class service in mandya... Staff behaviour was very roude.. They won't even deliver outside the city.. Just 3kms from City & , they called me to collect from their center.. Zomato Amazon Flipkart Delhivery, bluedart Etc others reach but they can't..

I don't want to give single star to dtdc. They won't do on door delivery. Worst service. One day everything will replaced by Amazon, flipkart and other competitive service providers. I won't choose next time dtdc service.
